You’re Allowed to Move Differently This Season


Hey Sis,


As the holiday season unfolds, I want to gently remind you of this truth:

If you feel more tender, reactive, or tired than usual, nothing is wrong with you. Holiday spaces often stir old memories and nervous system patterns. Your body remembers — and that remembering is wisdom.


Healing doesn’t ask for perfection.It asks for small returns.

A slow breath before entering the room. Feeling your feet on the floor. Stepping outside to meet the sky for a moment.

These small pauses matter. They help your nervous system soften and settle. They’re how safety is rebuilt in real time.

Connection helps too — a shared laugh, a hand on your heart, a knowing glance. Your body was designed for co-regulation, not to carry everything alone.

And here’s the permission I hope you receive today: You’re allowed to be a different version of yourself this year. New rhythms. New boundaries. New ways of moving that honor who you’re becoming.
