Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, LaShauna is the founder of Fleek Fitness by Shauna, an organization dedicated to physical and mental fitness that inspires women to take care of their body, mind, and spirit.
Our mission is for women to be liberated from fear, feel limitless, and have long-lasting physical health and mental fitness. Abundance is your inheritance. Your body wants to heal itself when you give it the tools. You can go from anxiety, gut issues, and chronic conditions to using movement as a catalyst for holistic wellness.
We create and cultivate safe spaces, giving women permission to be seen, heard, and held.
Our vision is for women to embrace their fierceness, fitness, and lead a God-centered lifestyle. Women who attend wellness events, faith-filled workshops, retreats, and other integrated activities are empowered and experience greater peace, growth, and personal joy.
