Keeping your word


Keeping your word to your body is a form of love.

So is honoring what you said you needed—rest, movement, care, and truth.

So is choosing consistency over convenience.

So is devotion to the version of you God is growing.

So many of us live in the “I’ll start later” loop—after the holidays, after things calm down, after one more comfort.

But the peace you’re craving…the clarity your body is asking for… the woman your spirit knows you’re becoming…

She’s not waiting on perfect timing. She’s waiting on the other side of gentle discomfort—not force, not punishment, but growth.

Rest is not weakness. It’s obedience. God leads us beside still waters and restores our soul. When we honor the body, it heals naturally.

Movement becomes prayer. Breath becomes trust. The body remembers God.

This is the heart of the Body Flow Method—not performing, not pushing, but creating your own rhythm.

A way of moving that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.

So maybe the question isn’t “When will I start?” but instead…

“What would change if I kept my word to myself today?”
